Terms of Service

Labor Lens is an educational companion for pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. It surfaces evidence, helps you think through decisions, and supports your conversations with your care team.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It doesn't replace your midwife, doula, obstetrician, nurse, lactation consultant, mental-health provider, or emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Birth workers using the doula mode confirm they have their clients' permission to store notes about them.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Please give us accurate information (real email, real name if you use one).
• Don't share your account with anyone else.

• Birthing person plan: $20 one-time for lifetime access. Non-refundable once charged.
• Birth worker plan: $10 / month, cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the paid period.
• Family / test access codes are for personal use by the person we shared them with — please don't post them publicly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms.

Labor Lens AI is powered by third-party language models via the Lovable AI Gateway. It cites sources where possible, but AI can still be wrong or incomplete. Verify anything important with a qualified human. We do not use your questions to train AI models.

Please don't:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or harmful.
• Try to break, scrape, spam, or reverse-engineer it.
• Present Labor Lens content as your own professional medical advice to third parties.
• Upload other people's private health information without their consent.

Your birth plan, journal entries, saved scripts, and doula notes belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you inside the app. You can delete them at any time.

We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service, threaten other users, or violate these terms. You can close your own account at any time by emailing Llamammamothercare@gmail.com.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LlaMamma isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for medical outcomes — those depend on you and your care team.

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be surfaced in-app. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
